How To Quit Porn With SCIENCE



If you look at porn, you've probably realized by now that beating yourself up about it doesn't really help anything. Finally, if you don't see any improvements after a prolonged reboot, you need to be open to the possibility that there's some underlying problem with your sexual, erectile health that's not related to porn, and you may need additional help treating it.

I don't know where to start, Am 17, I started watching porn at age of 9 and it never really was an addiction, I was doing just fine in school, had a good relationship with people, Masturbation and porn addiction started like 4 months ago and since then its been hell, i droped in every thing i was doing, studies right down to the football field.

I've learned through my experiences and interviewing drug, food, shopping, porn, gambling, cigarette, and anger addicts for my podcast that everyone's path to quitting an addiction is different. Men may feel that watching porn empowers them or heightens their sexual excitement, but they fail or refuse to see how the women in their lives are made to feel by this behavior.

For each SCIENCE force I brainstormed actions I would take to quit porn. I have tried all of the tips above AND MORE, but I really needed to start now because I was looking at porn that was more extreme, not aligned with who I am and I was concerned where it was leading me.

It looks hot, it looks sexy, but we're watching actors who are hoping to get paid. Know some powerful tools to be able to learn how to quit porn addiction. They swap stories on the problems porn have caused, what they did to kick the habit, and the positives that have come from quitting porn.

However, it doesn't matter how much effort you put into improving your lifestyle or physical health; as long as your core is pervaded by feelings worthlessness brought about by toxic shame, your addiction will not disappear. At this point, viewing pornography is a daily habit and a major part of your life.

I think if you want to quit so bad, wake up every morning write down(very important) a set pied of things your going to do throught the day make sure reading something life changing like a bible or book(personally love James Allen's books) is among, then clear your mind and then program your mind to only do that which you have written down, do this for two months straight and believe me or not your life will change.

It's also important to note that porn addiction is different from sex addiction. I wrote about my quitting marijuana and alcohol today. After failing to quit porn for years, I discovered the secret to success and now I sit here writing this to you three years free from porn and experiencing the best sex life I could imagine.
